Customer Support in Bangkok full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor & Communicate, advise, and promote new products of the clients via call center and social media, such as Line@, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (communicate by posting the comments) in both Thai and English
  • Create a good relationship with client’s customers via social media in order to maintain the reliability for client’s products or services
  • Be the first line contact for the requests and questions from social media
  • Implement strategies to provide excellent customer experience
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and feedback

Job Qualification & Work Experiences

  • Male/female age not over 30
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Computer (Office Utilities), and the Internet especially social media websites
  • Able to work shift on public holidays and weekends. (at home)
  • Good personality, Service mind, Work hard and Be patient to pressure
  • Good Command of spoken, written, read and communication skill both Thai and English (Minimum TOEIC Score 600 or equal)
  • Be able to analyze the data/request/comments and solve the problem posted by users. Also be able to promote new products or services according to customers needs.
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • Training certificate or experience in sales representative or local language would be highly considered
  • For male you have to pass military service
