Roles & Responsibilities
Organize sales visits to demonstrate and present the company’s products and services.
Able to Identify new business opportunities and work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, and other.
Achieve to assigned targets. (Number of events & sale)
Lead commercial activities, including business case preparation and sub-quoting team to achieve nomination under the established margins, appropriated sales conditions, payment terms, etc.
Maintaining accurate records and communicating them to the rest of the team and company.
Maintain positive relationships and coordinate with team, company’s clients, and follow through on issues in a timely manner to ensure efficient service.
Coordinate with event organizer and relevant parties to ensure that event ticket sales objectives and targets are achieved.
Summarize the meeting with clients to understand their requirements.
Co-operate both internal and external parties to complete services base on a project basis.
Present effectively both product and services in order to provide the best solution to our client.
Onsite & Service Management, Ensuring the smooth deployment of services to maximise the success of clients events.
Quality control of all work that is submitted to internal team and clients.
Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated.
Understand basic financial skill (Profit and Loss).
Keeping oneself stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity.
Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
Job Qualification & Work Experiences
Male or female, age not over 35 years old.
Bachelor degree or higher in any field.
At least 1-3 years experience in sales or marketing. (having event or entertainment background will be an advantaged)
Solid understanding of ticketing & related services in event/entertainment marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skill both English & Thai.
Customer service skills.
Detail oriented and deadline focused.
Good presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
Strong time management skills.
Proactive, energetic and self-motivated.
Ability to represent the company in a professional and respectable manner.
Flexible schedule: able to travel upcountry or work on weekends. (Occasionally)
Own reliable transportation.
