Field Operations Executive

Eventpop is on a mission to enable the best live performance experiences to organizers and event attendees through the best in class technology. As we grows rapidly, we’re looking to build our team and scale our ability to provide best field operations resources globally.


This team is responsible for making sure our large events run without a hitch - imagine 60,000 persons music festival, 24/7 - 5 days straight festival. We run servers in the farm, set up secure networks, train thousands of event staff how to use our products, and make sure that every person who attends an event on our platform gets into the event without a hitch.


We are looking for an excellent project manager and event expert to help us and our client drive on-site success. In this role you will work with owner and leader of large complex clients. You will work with our product team to create solutions and sales team to help close new project and deliver the best solution. You will manage our assets and provide on-site support of our technology at some of the largest events you can imagine.

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, this position requires a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, a strong understanding of technology systems, and extensive event operations experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with management team to develop strategies and programs to support our growth in the market
  • Partner with Account Executives to close and effectively on-board high value accounts
  • Drive on-site solution design for the most complex events
  • Build and support portable access control systems
  • Build and manage our assets, devices on-site
  • Provide training on technology and procedures both in the office and on-site
  • Work with Client Success Managers to design and support attendee access strategies and on-site payment solutions
  • Coordinate box office planning, support, and operations
  • Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to build and maintain industry-leading products
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with partners/vendors/clients
  • Provide on-site coordination of event staff and volunteers
  • Manage pool of staff and arrange the crew prior to the event date
  • Help Client Success Managers on client support tasks

Job Qualification & Work Experiences

  • 1+ years of experience in event management/organizers
  • Track record of managing high occupancy events or conferences
  • Experience managing teams of employees and contractors on-site
  • Experience working collaboratively with Sales teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Previous experience working with wired and wireless networking tools
  • Solid understanding of web standards, Android and Apple iOS products
  • Strong organization, communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Background in the entertainment/expo industry is a plus
