ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate and coordinate with internal teams such as Product and Technical Team and closely working with clients
Manage project timeline and resource planning to minimize disruptions, anticipate obstacles including risk management with internal and external team.
Create loyalty plan or program to attract existing clients and ensure clients satisfy on product and continue agreement with company (Survey)
Assist clients on offline training such as research and select a suitable service for clients, design and activity (event)
Coordinate with internal team members to create a workflow of products’ release, both features, and contents, and distribute to clients (B2B)
Create monthly report to update project status to client and team
Create/update file of Customer and Project Directory
Measure project actual cost and action compare with team
Ensure that system is completed before delivering to clients
JOB QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCES
Male or female, age not over 30 years old.
Bachelor degree or higher in any field.
New graduates are welcome. (have experience in sales or project coordinator will be an advantaged)
Solid understanding of ticketing & related services in event/entertainment marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both English & Thai.
Customer service skills.
Detail oriented and deadline focused.
Good presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
Strong time management skills.
Proactive, energetic and self-motivated.
Ability to represent the company in a professional and respectable manner.
Flexible schedule: able to travel upcountry or work on weekends. (Occasionally)
